You were born in the middle of the 2009 baseball playoffs. Your Dad had bought a 17 game package which gave him rights to playoff seats if the Phillies made it there. When they did in early October, we joked that you were going to be born during the World Series game that he had tickets to! Luckily for Daddy you came 2 weeks early and he got to go to his first World Series game (unfortunately the Phillies lost to the Yankees). His favorite thing to do with you was watch the playoff games, after work, snuggled on the couch with you.
Now that baseball season is back again, Daddy didn't think at 6 months you would be interested in watching games with him anymore...to his sheer delight YOU LOVE THE PHILLIES! You sit mesmerized at the TV for an entire 9 innings! Your Daddy is in heaven, and swears it must be from those first few weeks of life you spent watching with him. I'm trying to convince him to take you to a game this summer, but he thinks you are too young, don't worry though I've got plenty of time to work on him!
